Model BHT-46A is the perfect weigher for small fruit such as kiwi, blueberries, cherries, nuts, cherry tomatoes and other small products. It features four load cell measuring devices, six vibratory feeders and numerous sensing devices. The unit is controlled by the unique 'Einstein' controller. It is operator friendly and has 100 memories for easy changeover. The BHT-46A can work as a fast single weigher or as two independent weighers at speeds of up to 50 batches per minute. Other key features are advanced level control and excellent product singulation resulting in increased speed and accuracy.
The Indexing Conveyor is a companion to the BHT-46A weigher. It will advance containers such as plastic tubs, clamshells, boxes, etc. to the weigher's discharge point. The conveyor will move one step at a time in tandem with the weigher's operation. While the container is being filled, a gentle shaker under the filling station helps to settle the product. The full container is then advanced to be closed by an optional closing device and packed into a box. This machine boosts production and substantially saves in labor costs.
The
BSD bagger is the most innovative machine for packing small fruit in
bags. This bagger was developed to give an answer to the Industry’s needs of
packing fruit in “slider” bags which have become popular in the recent years. The
BSD bagger handles slider bags, plain bags and ziplok bags.A vacuum suction system is used to pull one
bag at a time from a magazine loaded with bags. It then secures and positions
the bag ready to be filled. Once filled, the full bag is being pushed off onto
a slide for easy transfer into a box. Fill speeds of up to 45 bags per minute
are typical.The PLC controlled machine
is affordable, easy to operate and is equipped with casters for easy
maneuvering.
The
BSD bagger is offered in two versions: BSD-1 is the single version and works in
tandem with the BHT-23A weigher. The BSD-2 is the double version and works in
tandem with the BHT-46A double weigher.
The MS-2 weigher is the newest addition to our product line. It was specifically designed to weigh and package fragile fruits such as rainier cherries. Its patented method of operation is comprised of tilting weigh buckets and innovative techniques of fruit handling. The transfers are very gentle resulting in minimum amount of bruising of the fruit.
The MS-2 is offered in two model types – One has a single infeed tray and a swiveling pan which distributes the fruit inside the machine. A second type has two infeed trays to accommodate fruit incoming from two sorting belts or an electronic sizer.The MS-2 weigher can operate with either an Indexing conveyor to fill clamshells or with the BSD-2 bagger to fill bags.
The BHT-23A is the smaller version of the BHT-46A weigher as described above. It has two load cell measuring devices, three vibratory feeders and most of the features found in our larger version. The BHT-23A can operate at speeds of up to 25 batches per minute. It is controlled by the easy to operate 'Einstein' controller and has 100 memories for easy product changeover. The weigher can fill clamshells, or work with the BSD-1 bagger to fill bags.
